Cancellation and Refund Conditions

GENERAL:

  1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
  3. Product shipping costs, namely cargo fees, will be paid by the buyers.
  4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, not exceeding the 14-day legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
  5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
  6. In case it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of learning about it. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

  1. If the Buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

  1. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card with which the buyer made the payment was used illegally by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the contract product to the SELLER within 3 days with shipping costs belonging to the SELLER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

  1. If force majeure circumstances that the Seller cannot foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if payment was made in cash, this fee is paid to them in cash within 14 days of cancellation. If the Buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation, but it is possible for the bank to transfer it to the buyer’s account within 2-3 weeks.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

  1. The Buyer will inspect the contract goods/service before taking delivery; they will not accept damaged and defective goods/services such as dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. from the cargo company. The delivered goods/service will be considered undamaged and intact. After delivery, the BUYER must protect the goods/service carefully. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/service must not be used. The Invoice must also be returned along with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. Return of cosmetic and personal care products is not possible due to regulations for hygiene and health reasons.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

  1. If the BUYER defaults when making payment transactions by credit card, they accept, declare and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card contract between the cardholder and the bank and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; may request the arising costs and attorney fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to their debt, the BUYER accepts that they will pay the damage and loss suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.

  1. You can make your payment by Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer).
  2. Through our website with your credit cards, you can benefit from online single payment or online installment options for all types of credit cards. In your online payments, the amount will be charged from your credit card at the end of your order.
