Buyer Information: The consumer placing the order (referred to as “BUYER” in the contract).
1. Subject of the Contract This contract regulates the delivery of products purchased by the BUYER through THRONES DANIŞMANLIK GIDA TEKSTİL VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ website (https://clooe.com.tr) and the rights/obligations of the parties.
2. Order and Payment
- The BUYER creates an order by adding products to the “Cart” section on the site.
- Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
- Order confirmation: When payment is completed, the BUYER is notified by e-mail/SMS.
3. Delivery Conditions
- Products are shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation with the following cargo companies: Hepijet, Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo.
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days in major cities, 3-7 business days in other cities.
- Free shipping: Valid for all orders.
- Cargo tracking number will be sent to the BUYER via SMS/e-mail.
4. Right of Withdrawal
- The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product without showing any reason.
- For the right of withdrawal:
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
- Return request must be submitted via info@clooe.com.tr or +90 (216) 225 94 27.
- Return shipping cost belongs to the BUYER.
5. Return and Exchange
- In the return process, THRONES DANIŞMANLIK GIDA TEKSTİL VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will refund the payment within 10 business days after checking and approving the product.

6. Warranty and Liability
- Manufacturer warranty is valid for products. Warranty conditions are specified on product pages.
- In case of cargo-related damages, the BUYER must file a report with the cargo company.

8. Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, it is mandatory to first apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
- The competent court is the BUYER’s place of residence or the seller’s location.
9. Acceptance of the Contract
- The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted this contract by placing an order.
