Member (User) Information: Natural or legal person creating membership on the site (referred to as “MEMBER” in the contract).
1. Purpose of the Contract This contract regulates the creation of a membership account by the MEMBER to benefit from the services offered by THRONES DANIŞMANLIK GIDA TEKSTİL VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (https://clooe.com.tr) and the rights/obligations of the parties.
2. Creating Membership
- For membership; information such as name, surname, e-mail, phone number and password are mandatory.
- The MEMBER undertakes that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Membership may be canceled in case of providing false information.
- Creating membership for users under 18 years of age is prohibited.
3. Security of Membership Account
- The MEMBER cannot share account information (password, etc.) with third parties.
- If unauthorized access to the account is detected, the MEMBER must immediately inform THRONES DANIŞMANLIK GIDA TEKSTİL VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
- THRONES DANIŞMANLIK GIDA TEKSTİL VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ may suspend membership in case of suspected security breach.
4. Scope of Services
- The MEMBER can place product orders from the site, participate in campaigns and view account history.
- THRONES DANIŞMANLIK GIDA TEKSTİL VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ may change services by giving prior notice to improve services or due to technical requirements.
5. Prohibited Activities The MEMBER cannot engage in the following actions:

- Attempting to disrupt the technical infrastructure of the site.
6. Termination of the Contract
- MEMBER can delete their account from the “My Account” panel at any time.
- Company can terminate membership without notice in the following cases:
- Detection of prohibited activities,
- Providing false information,
- Repeated return/exchange abuse.
7. Processing of Personal Data
- The MEMBER’s data is processed only for membership services and order processes in accordance with KVKK No. 6698.

9. Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, it is mandatory to first apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

10. Contract Changes
- THRONES DANIŞMANLIK GIDA TEKSTİL VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ may update the contract at any time. The current version becomes effective as soon as it is published on the site.

- The MEMBER declares that they have read and accepted this contract by clicking the “Sign Up” button.
