1. Order Process

  • Your orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation is received and delivered to our contracted cargo companies.
  • Order preparation processes are not carried out on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and public holidays.

2. Cargo Companies Your orders are shipped through the following contracted cargo companies:

  • Hepijet
  • Yurtiçi Kargo
  • Aras Kargo

The cargo company selection is made by us according to the size of your order, delivery address, and the workload of our contracted branches.

3. Delivery Times

  • In major cities like Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir1-3 business days
  • In other cities: 3-7 business days
  • In villages and remote areas, delivery times may extend up to 7-10 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the workload of cargo companies or extraordinary circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

4. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders.
  • Free shipping coverage includes all domestic addresses.

5. Order Tracking

  • When your order is shipped, your cargo tracking number will be sent to you via SMS/email.
  • You can learn the current status of your order by entering your tracking number on the cargo company’s official website:

6. Missing or Damaged Products

  • When you receive the cargo package, if the envelope or package is damaged, please notify us by keeping a record.
  • For damaged/missing products, you must contact our customer service within 7 days.

7. Responsibility

  • After the order is delivered to cargo, the responsibility for the subsequent process (delay, loss, etc.) belongs to the cargo company.
  • In case of disruptions experienced by the cargo company, our store works to produce customer satisfaction-focused solutions.
